16 Weeks - It's a...

It's a BOY!

We've decided on the name Grant, but are still working on a middle name. :)

How far along: 16 weeks, 0 days

Total weight gain: About 10 lbs.

Maternity Clothes: Only have 1 pair of jeans.  My normal shirts still fit for the most part.

Stretch Marks: Not yet

Sleep:  I go back and forth between exhausted and can't sleep.

Best moment this week:  Announcing that it was a boy!

Movement: Nothing yet, I found out I have an anterior placenta, so it will be closer to 20 weeks before I feel anything :(

Food cravings:  Sour Punch Straws!

Anything making you queasy: Thought the nausea was gone but it came back in FULL FORCE!

Have you started to show yet:  My bump is getting bigger!

Gender prediction:  It's a boy! Confirmed!

Labor signs:  Too soon!

Belly Button:  In!

Wedding Rings:  On!

Happy or Moody:  Still moody!

Milestones: Chose a first name :)

Looking forward to:  Feeling movement

We had a gender reveal party to tell our families and here are a few pictures from the party.

We based our cake off of our invitation (which I ordered here).

We chose to color the frosting blue and have chocolate cake (we LOVE our local bakery's chocolate cake)

Here's the table!

The blue punch recipe I found here. I wasn't a fan, but in the recipe's defense, I grabbed white grape juice instead of white cranberry juice, so I'm sure that made a difference! It was a beautiful color though!

The Pink Punch was a HUGE hit!  You can find that recipe here! I threw in some pretzels and marshmallows dipped in white chocolate and pink/blue sprinkles.

We had guests wear "It's a Boy!" or "It's a Girl!" stickers based on their prediction.

And they also voted on the bulletin board by pinning either a bow or tie with their name on it.

Here was the final tally! Looks like everyone had a feeling :)
